Dewi11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read this document carefully before using dewi11 services. Your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dewi11 platform via https://dewi11.bio or its associated mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the dewi11 operator. The operator reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of dewi11 services, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. dewi11 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. dewi11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may close any account that fails to provide the required verification.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a dewi11 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any applicable local regulations.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
- Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information about the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation from the operator.
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including payment fraud or promotion abuse.
- Granting third parties access to your account for commercial or any other purposes.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without any refund.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the dewi11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including online banking (FPX), supported e-wallets, and bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.
Dewi11 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking service disruptions, or technical issues beyond the platform's control. Should a transaction issue arise, you are encouraged to contact our support team with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the dewi11 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take between one and three business days.
All bonuses and promotions offered are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless all stipulated conditions have been fully met.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The dewi11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.
The platform operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, business interruption, or data corruption.
Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry financial risk and agree to wager only within their own means. dewi11 encourages responsible gaming and provides tools to help users manage their platform activity.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous
Account Suspension & Closure
Dewi11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. The decision to close an account is final, and the operator is not obligated to disclose detailed reasons for that decision.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures upon completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dewi11 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and related materials — is owned by or licensed to the operator. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. dewi11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
